We are Growing!

09/11/2026  |  School News

Dear Saint Joan of Arc Families,

There is a lot to celebrate at St. Joan of Arc Catholic School! First and foremost, enrollment is strong. We begin the 2026–2027 school year with 386 students in Preschool through 8th grade; more than 380 children filling our classrooms, learning, growing, and building our school community. This represents a 5% increase in enrollment compared with the end of last school year.

Even more impressive is what happened over the summer. We ended the 2025–2026 school year with 369 students. After accounting for our graduating 8th graders and some withdrawals, we began the new school year with 80 new students, bringing our enrollment to 386. In other words, our school grew by 21% from the end of one school year to the start of the next. That remarkable summer growth demonstrates the continued demand for a Catholic Education at St. Joan of Arc School.

In addition to maintaining a healthy enrollment, over the past five years, St. Joan of Arc has managed its operating expenses very well. Combined with a strong enrollment, this careful stewardship means that the subsidy provided by the parish to support the school is well below diocesan recommendations, both as a percentage of Sunday collections and as a percentage of the school's operating expenses.

These numbers tell a bigger story—one of growth, strength, and confidence in the future of St. Joan of Arc Catholic School. Our strong enrollment reflects the trust families place in our school, while our responsible financial management demonstrates the careful stewardship and commitment of our faculty, staff, parish, and school community. Together, they reflect a school that is thriving today and well-positioned for tomorrow.

We have every reason to be proud of where we are and even more reasons to be excited about where we are going.

Thank you to every family who chooses St. Joan of Arc School and to everyone who helps make our school such a vibrant and healthy community. We are growing, we are thriving, and we are grateful!
