Know before you go…

Why should I attend? This is St. Joan of Arc School’s key fundraiser and opportunity for parents to socialize with other parents in support of the school.

What should I expect? The evening includes a silent auction, live auction and Gracious Giving.

Silent auction is online bidding for items such as sports tickets, local retail & restaurants gift certificates and items, and special events/outings with your child’s teacher, the Principal and Pastor. And much more…

Silent Auction opens on GiveSmart on Monday, January 27th at 8:00am. It will close during the event at 8:00pm on Saturday, February 1st. You can View Items at https://sjagala2025.givesmart.com/ in January.

Our Live Auction will be 6-8 items valued at over $1,000. They will be bidded on in a Live format following dinner. More information on Live items will be coming soon.

Gracious Giving is a final opportunity to donate in support of an important school initiative.

What should I wear? No need to run out and buy something for a theme. Cocktail attire.

How are seating arrangements handled? Each table seats 10 people. If you wish to sit with someone specific, please make a note when you purchase tickets. OR simply say with other parents from your child’s class. Don’t have a clue who to sit with - no worries we will pair you with a fun group to spend the evening with!

To get the most out of your night? Cocktails and appetizers start promptly at 6pm. We encourage you to arrive at 6pm to maximize your opportunity to socialize and meet new friends. Bill from Elan Photography will be on hand to take photos and don’t miss out on the selfie station before you head into the ballroom for the night.
