PSO (Parent & School Organization)
The purpose of the PSO (Parent & School Organization) is to enhance the school experience for the students of St Joan of Arc School by serving and supporting the administration, faculty and school families; by providing an example of Christ to the students so as to help them grow on their faith journey.
Executive Board
President

President presides at all meetings of the PSO and its board. The president also serves as liaison between the PSO and the school principal, school board and most parent run programs. President attends the school board meetings.
Vice President

Vice- President presides at PSO meetings in the absence of the President. The vice-president also helps to coordinate new programs, socials and/or services.
Secretary

Secretary records minutes of all PSO meetings and provides copies of the minutes to all board members and principal. The secretary is also responsible for booking Parish Activity Room (PAR) or Parish Center for meetings.
Treasurer

Treasurer is responsible for maintaining the PSO general checking account. The treasurer also keeps records of all receipts and disbursements of PSO funds and an itemized accounting of each fundraiser. The treasurer prepares a monthly report of all account transactions. The treasurer is available for providing funds to members for payment or reimbursement of approved expenses.
