The St. Joan of Arc School Board is a consultative board, serving in an advisory capacity to the Pastor and Principal in strategic, legal, financial, policy, and confidential matters. Key committees of the School Board include Fund Raising/Development, Long Term Planning (includes grand procurement), Finance (includes annual budget and tuition-setting), Political Advocacy, Marketing, and Technology.

The Parent Student Organization (PSO) President is automatically a member of the SJA School Board. Other members of the School Board serve three year, renewable terms. New Board members are chosen through the process of discernment rather than election.
