Mrs. Brown's Third Grade Class
We made Advent chains to prepare our hearts for the coming of Jesus.
On the inside of each link is an idea for a daily act of kindness.
The children also colored Advent Wreath prayers to take home to share with their families and to pray with at home.
In Science we worked on our Space Unit. We went back on the internet to our Planets Web quest.
The children were member of a crew on a mission to their assigned planet. They created crew patches and gathered data about their planet through the web quest.
Then then the planet making begins!
Using balloons,liquid starch, water, and kleenex the children made their planets.
Then they painted them!
They will conclude the unit by creating reports and presenting their planet to their classmates.
