Spelling: The unit 32 test will be on Thursday.
Language Arts Enrichment: This week students will begin working in small groups. Some groups will be reading novels while others will be working on writing activities. Students will be completing work both independently and collaboratively.
Social Studies: Students will learn about the War of 1812 this week.
Science: Students will be learning more about the Periodic Table of the Elements. They will be researching specific elements and creating a poster for that element.
Math Pink: Chapter 17 test on Friday.
Math Blue: Chapter 16 test on Friday.

Thursday: Hot lunch
Friday: Play
Spelling: The unit 31 test will be on Thursday.
Language Arts Enrichment: Students will be finishing their famous person project this week in class. They will be presenting their PowerPoint projects in the upcoming weeks.
Science: The chapter 8 test is on Tuesday. Students will also be learning about elements this week.
Social Studies: Students will learn why Americans moved west of the Appalachian Mountains this week.
Math Blue: Chapter 15 test on Tuesday.

Friday: Arts Alive
Spelling: The unit 29 test will be on Thursday.
Language Arts Enrichment: Students will continue to work on their famous person research and PowerPoint project in class.
Science: We will conclude our study of the solar system this week. The test on chapter 8 will be on Tuesday, April 24. Students will also begin to learn about the states of matter this week.
Social Studies: The Chapter 9 test will be on Friday.
Math Pink: The Chapter 16 test will be on Friday.
Math Green: The chapter 13 test will be on Friday.

Math Green: Test Friday on dividing fractions.
